01About these terms
These terms apply to your use of this website and to the sourcing services provided by HAYA Sourcing (“HAYA”, “we”, “us”). HAYA Sourcing is the trading name of Khatib Co Trading - FZCO, a free zone company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and Khatib Co Trading - FZCO is the legal entity that contracts with you, issues invoices and receives your payment. By requesting a quotation or confirming an order, you agree to these terms.
If a quotation or written order confirmation from us says something different, the quotation or confirmation applies to that order.
02Our services
We act as your sourcing agent in China. Depending on your order, we:
- find and compare suitable manufacturers and negotiate prices;
- verify the factory before any payment is made to it;
- place the order and pay the supplier on your behalf;
- inspect the goods before they ship and send you a photo report;
- arrange packing, export documents and shipping to your address.
We are not the manufacturer of the products. The goods are produced by independent factories selected for your order.
03Quotations
Quotations are free of charge, and we aim to send them within 12 hours. A quotation is based on the information you give us and on supplier prices at the time it is issued.
Prices may change before you confirm the order if the specification, quantity, supplier prices, exchange rates or shipping costs change. We will tell you about any change and ask you to confirm it before going ahead.
04Orders and payment
An order is confirmed when you accept our quotation in writing (including by WhatsApp) and we receive your payment.
Payment is made by bank transfer to Khatib Co Trading - FZCO, which operates as HAYA Sourcing. We never ask you to pay an unknown supplier directly. Any fees charged by your bank for the transfer are your responsibility.
Quotations, order confirmations and invoices are issued by Khatib Co Trading - FZCO and may carry the HAYA Sourcing brand. The name of the contracting entity on the invoice is always Khatib Co Trading - FZCO. If you pay by card through a payment provider, the name shown on your bank statement is the statement descriptor registered with that provider, which may read “Khatibco-Haya”.
05Fees and costs
Our service fee is 5% of the order value. Shipping is charged separately. Any other cost that applies to your order, such as samples, special packaging or extra inspections, will be shown in your quotation. There are no hidden fees.
Import duties, taxes and customs charges in the destination country are not included unless your quotation says so.
06Production and delivery times
Production usually takes up to 4 weeks. Transit time depends on the shipping method you choose: air freight is faster, while sea freight is more economical.
All times we give are estimates. Delays can be caused by factories, carriers, customs, public holidays in China or events outside our control. We will keep you informed and do our best to reduce any delay.
07Quality inspection
Before your order ships, we inspect the goods against the specification agreed in your order and send you a photo report.
If we find a problem, we will work with the factory to correct it, for example by repairing, replacing or reworking the goods, before shipping. Inspection reduces risk, but it cannot reveal every hidden or latent defect.
08Your responsibilities
- Give us accurate and complete product details, quantities and delivery information.
- Make sure the products may legally be imported and sold in your country, and meet any standards or certifications required there.
- Make sure you have the right to use any logo, design or brand that you ask us to apply to products or packaging.
We may decline any order for products that are counterfeit, unsafe, prohibited or that infringe the rights of others.
09Shipping and customs
We arrange shipping with third-party carriers and freight forwarders. Unless your quotation says otherwise, you are responsible for customs clearance, duties and taxes in the destination country.
If a shipment is lost or damaged in transit, we will help you make a claim with the carrier or insurer.
10Changes and cancellations
You can change or cancel an order free of charge until we have paid the supplier. After that, changes and cancellations depend on the supplier’s terms, and you are responsible for any costs already incurred.
Custom-made and private-label products usually cannot be cancelled once production has started.
11Our liability
We provide our services with reasonable care and skill. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as loss of profit, business or opportunity.
Our total liability for any order is limited to the service fee you paid us for that order. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.
12Use of this website
The content of this website is for general information. The HAYA name, logo and website content are the trading name and property of Khatib Co Trading - FZCO and may not be copied or used without our permission.
Information you send us is handled as described in our privacy policy.
13Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed. The terms in force when you confirmed an order apply to that order.
14Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. The courts of Dubai have jurisdiction over any dispute.

These terms are between you and Khatib Co Trading - FZCO, the legal entity that trades as HAYA Sourcing. The following details identify the entity responsible for your order.
