never bend

You pay HAYA, not a stranger.
Payment goes by bank transfer to our own company account, never to an unknown supplier. We pay the factory only after it has been verified.

Nothing ships before inspection.
If the goods do not match what you ordered, we work with the factory to fix it before shipping.

One fee, agreed upfront.
Our service fee is a flat 5% of the order value. Shipping is quoted separately, with no hidden costs.
